A contemporary G+4 residence designed to balance rental functionality and private family living within a compact 1,800 sq ft urban site in Hyderabad. With a built-up area of 1,500 sq ft, the Hybrid House is planned as a layered vertical home where the ground and first two floors accommodate rental portions, while the upper levels form a private duplex residence for the client. The design follows a minimal and modern architectural language shaped through clean volumes, recessed balconies, passive shading elements, and strategically placed openings that enhance privacy, ventilation, and spatial comfort.
